If you are interested in setting up a space, either a canopy or open-air display (depending on the weather), please send a description of your work and $15, payable to “Deepwood”, to:

Smaller paintings, cards, magnets, prints and garden related items.* * * *Set-Up Time:* Saturday, June 17, anytime before 10:00am. · Be sure to have your space set up and ready to go, any loading equipment put away, and your car parked before 10:00 am! · You may set up in the inner gardens, or outside adjacent to the parking lot on the lawn, (but bordering the sidewalk). *Food:* Deepwood will only be offering the sale of beverages, such as lemonade and iced tea. A few other food vendors will be selling hotdogs, caramel corn, and the like. *Event: *The usual artists and plant vendors, but* *new this year Deepwood is adding children’s activities: Home Depot activities, a garden booth for kids to plant seeds, a display of how a seed grows, and face painting. ** |
