"A French Harvest - festival of Lavender" at Havenhill runs June 23-25, 2006, 10 AM. to 6 PM. Artists are welcome to stay after 6 PM. and continue painting. The sunsets might be spectacular! There is no fee to participate.  2006 is the third year this event has invited Artists in Action members to Plein air paint and sell art works during the event. The vista is beautiful!

The event also features:
* fresh lavender
* local antiques
* Fine foods for picnicking.
* music, lavender soaps, lotions and fresh lavender
* wine tasting
* fresh baked goods
* and more

Booth set-up will be @ 4:30 PM Thrusday. Bring your own supplies including water. 20% commission on sales goes to the owner.  A receipt book will be provided.

Here are DRIVING DIRECTIONS:   From Silverton take Main Street west, turn left on Eureka Avenue and follow the road 7 miles to "Havenhill Lavender Farm",  the physical address is: 582 Drift Creek Road (7 miles SE of Silverton).
