Artists in Action members as well as other interested parties are encouraged to contact Artists in Action through the contact information listed below.
In the past sometimes individuals and organizations have contacted someone from the Artists in Action general membership and we have found the topic falls through the cracks and the Board never gets to hear about it. By using the "Official" contacts for Artists in Action your topic will receive a timely reply.

Hello All AiA Members,
I wanted to take a few minutes to describe just how the AiA email system works and to give you some guidelines.
Any and all messages you receive via the aia@artistsinaction.org email system are "generated" by Joel Zak or myself.
When general topics are sent out via aia@artistsinaction.org to the AiA Membership the "From" line in the email header will be aia@artistsinaction.org and if you reply to a message with aia@artistsinaction.org in the "From" line ONLY Joel and myself will see the your reply.
Likewise if someone sends a NEW email to aia@artistsinaction.org ONLY Joel and myself see your message.
What's changing with the AiA email system:
Periodically Joel or I will be sending out messages via aia@artistsinaction.org to the AiA Membership on behalf of a AiA member that is related to some AiA event or activity.
Typically these types of message will be a request from an AiA event chair that wants to get out a message to the AiA Membership. These types of messages will have the email address of the person that authored the message in the "From" line of the message and if you reply to the message it will go directly to that person.
If you have a message you want to get out to the AiA Membership just send that message to aia@artistsinaction.org and either Joel or myself will handle your request. Joel or myself will determine if your request is appropriate for distribution via the AiA email system and if not will suggest a more suitable avenue such as the AiA Bulletin Board.
To save time and effort please do not send message for distribution to the AiA Membership that are not directly related to AiA events and activities.
